I started this blog to share information that I’ve learned through my own personal reading and research on food and nutrition. I do not have any formal education in health and nutrition, so please remember that this blog is based on things I find interesting and that I think are helpful. It is important that you always talk to your doctor before trying any new supplements, diets, etc.
I am living life and trying to balance eating healthy and still enjoying my food. I do not always eat gluten-free, or take my supplements… but the point is that I always try my best. Life is messy and sometimes it is hard to eat healthy 24-7. I love to treat myself every once in a while, so feel free to do the same! Everything in moderation.
